In July 1990, Mr. Culleton successfully represented Salvatore Candella in one of the "Pizza Connection" federal drug conspiracy cases tried in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

In 1992, Mr. Marinaccio successfully represented several Italian American faculty and staff in their federal civil rights action against the City of New York in the Southern District of New York.

Scelsa et al. v. CUNY et al. 

In 1997, Mr. Marinaccio was the lead attorney for the firm representing Vincent Gigante in the racketeering case prosecuted in the Eastern District of New York. During that trial, Mr. Marinaccio won universal praise for his cross examination of Salvatore "Sammy the Bull" Gravano.

In 2000, Mr. Culleton and Mr. Marinaccio successfully represented Police Officer Richard Murphy in the Diallo shooting trial in Albany, New York.

Later in 2000, Mr. Marinaccio successfully represented Corrections Captain Mitchell Hochhauser who was accused of assaulting an inmate on Rikers Island.

In 2001, Mr. Culleton and Mr. Marinaccio also obtained a 16.5 million dollar personal injury judgment against the State of New York in the New York State Court of Claims on behalf of a couple injured in an automobile accident.

In, March 2002, Mr. Culleton obtained a complete aquital for former New York City Police Deputy Inspector Dennis Sindone in a Federal drug corruption trial in the Southern District of New York. The former Deputy Inspector is the highest ranking NYPD officer ever indicted and tried on Federal drug related charges

In April 2008, Mr. Culleton successfully represented Detective Michael Oliver, tried in Supreme Court Queens County, in the Sean Bell shooting case.
